Quan ens emocionem ens movem, per\u00f2 ens movem literalment, el nostre cos es mou: m\u00fasculs, teixits, fluids, neurotransmissors, hormones &#8230; es mouen. De fet, mentre vivim, fins i tot en la m\u00e9s absoluta quietud, el cos est\u00e0 en moviment. Recon\u00e8ixer les nostres emocions \u00e9s sentir com cada situaci\u00f3 ens mou internament. I el moviment espontani de l&#8217;organisme davant l&#8217;entorn \u00e9s pura adaptaci\u00f3, com un animal davant la seva presa &#8230; o davant el seu depredador. A mesura que desconnectem el nostre organisme de la naturalesa perdem part de la nostra informaci\u00f3, la qual el cos coneix intu\u00eftivament. T\u00e9 alguns avantatges per a la vida social, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 un cost per al nostre benestar i la nostra salut.
